Modern TVs can involve channel tuning, software updates, app stores, account prompts and audio settings before everything is comfortable to use. We work through the setup with you, tune the services the TV can receive, configure favourites or viewing preferences where the platform supports them, and leave you knowing how to use the main controls.

Soundbar & home cinema setup
Got a new soundbar that won't pair properly, or an AV receiver and surround system that just isn't sounding right? We'll connect it through HDMI ARC / eARC where supported, configure HDMI-CEC where the equipment supports it, and enable the audio formats and room-calibration tools available on your particular kit. The exact options depend on the TV, source device, soundbar or receiver rather than every system supporting the same features.
