Modern TVs are brilliant — until you have to set them up. New Smart TVs come with dozens of menus, app stores, sign-in screens and update prompts before you ever see a channel. We come out, do all of it for you, and leave you with a remote you understand and the channels in the right order.

Most visits cover the basics plus whatever else is bothering you — slow apps, missing channels, the soundbar that doesn't turn on with the TV, the streaming login that's lost.

Got a new soundbar that won't pair properly, or an AV receiver and surround system that just isn't sounding right? We'll connect it through HDMI ARC / eARC, set up HDMI-CEC so one remote controls the lot, calibrate the audio for your room, and make sure Dolby Atmos / DTS:X is actually outputting where the kit supports it. Sonos, Bose, Samsung Q-series, LG, Denon, Yamaha — set up properly so you hear what you paid for.
