How the switchover actually works
We plan the cutover so you don't lose calls. First we order the number port (BT takes 10-14 working days). While that's running, we pre-configure your new handsets, build the call menu and test it in parallel on a temporary number. On porting day the switch happens overnight — staff arrive in the morning to a working system on the same number, with the new features ready to use.

ISDN, PSTN and the 2027 switch-off
BT is retiring the analogue and ISDN network — every UK business has to move to VOIP before the deadline. Door entry systems, lift phones, alarm diallers and fax machines all need looking at as part of the move. We flag what needs replacing during the survey so nothing's missed on cutover day.
